The color of the florals is gorgeous and vibrant however I have the same issue with this arrival as I did with the lily bouquet stems, very poor package. I will have to spend extreme amount of time steaming to be able to use product, but I know I will be satisfied with the florals once I work on getting them to a usable form. Again, recommend adjusting your packaging and shipping situation.

Color I order wasn't sent. Opened envelope and all bent stems and smashed ORANGE W/ORANGE CENTER. Return to UPS for my refund. I'm not traveling 35 miles round trip for a refund plus shipping charges on this order of $16.95
They should look like the craft stores flowers look for their price and not bent or smashed up.

Same situation as other comment. Vibrancy of color is phenomenal, but again I will have to spend valuable time preparing product to use.
