This is such an classy, luxury spa item. It looks beautiful in my bathroom. The towel warmer itself warms up quickly. I like how the digital display shows both the temperature of the bucket as well as the timer. This towel warmer has the additional function that many towel warmers I have looked at do not. You can program it up to 24 hours in advance to turn on. If you want your towel nice and warm after your shower in the morning, you can program it the night before to turn on and be ready for you. It also has hooks on the top inside so you can hang items on them, so you don't have to reach in to retrieve it. The towels come out of it very nice and toasty. I do feel like the towels don't stay warm very long, but I don't fault the towel warmer for that.
