The frame doesn’t quite fit for some reason, even though I tried carefully installing it using the manual book. And the shipping with fedex gives me a headache as well, since I’m at a gated community. The driver won’t call/ text me when he’s here, so there’s a majority of chance of showing “ tried to deliver” but actually I’m not seeing any chance of trying! And their customer service line is also not helpful at all! I was not able to leave any notes to the driver so they could enter the gates or contact upon arrival. The only thing I was advised is to leave a note at the front door saying it is ok to leave the package at there! It’s heavy stuff, I won’t be able to carry it to my apartment in second floor! Whereas ups was able to give me a call upon arrival when requested. Luckily, I was sitting at the front door alllllll the time from 8:00 to 2:00 ish to wait for the package and I was there when it’s arrived. But still fEdex doesn’t worth for the money they charged. So both the product and the shipment, I was disappointed at. Probably won’t use Markabuin the future. It’s cheap but there’s so much problem associated with it, that made it not worth for the time I spent on it!
